Brushing - dry peeling - a very old technique that gives amazing results and great benefits for the lymphatic system in just a few minutes a day. The bristles of the brushes are made of vegetable fibers called "Tampico", sourced from "Agave Lechuguilla", a succulent plant found in the desert areas of northern Mexico. Dry brushing in a duet with the use of oils and creams supports the fight against fresh stretch marks (the first stage, when they are still red). Massage of the body with a brush is incredibly relaxing, gives energy, perfectly relaxing the muscles.


Before brushing, the skin should be dry and clean - do not apply lotion or oil to it. It is best to perform this treatment just before a shower or bath, because the skin peeled off during the massage is removed (rinsed) from the body. After such a massage, the skin is more absorbent and its subcutaneous circulation is stimulated, so it absorbs all valuable substances from lotions better and faster.


It is assumed that dry brushing of the body should not last long, so that the skin does not get used to the massage too quickly. The optimal duration of the treatment is 5 to 10 minutes. If you are a beginner - it is best to start with 5 minutes (that is, spend about a minute for each part of the massaged body). You can do the massage in the morning (it will stimulate you at the beginning of the day) or in the evening, when it will relax you before going to bed.

1. When brushing, follow the principle of upward movement. We start with the feet and then we move to the calves and thighs.

2. Massage the abdomen with gentle circular movements.

3. We start hand massage from the hands, then go to the shoulders to the neck.

4. Massage the buttocks and back thoroughly, keeping the principle of moving towards the heart.

5. Make long strokes with the brush and do not press it too hard against the skin.

6. The key to a proper massage with a brush is the pressure, gentle at the beginning, getting stronger with each passing day.

7. It is also important to hold the brush correctly, preferably at a 45-degree angle, not perpendicularly.
